Adolescent & Young Adult Counseling
Individual counseling, also known as psychotherapy, is a journey of self-awareness, growth, and resiliency. Breathe and Be Well offers one-on-one, personalized mental health treatment for those aged 14 to young adulthood (approximately age 25).
Our expert counselors and social workers are dedicated to providing compassionate care tailored to client needs, helping them make and meet goals for peace and resiliency. Our practices are evidenced-based and trauma-informed. Additionally, we provide psychoeducation and tangible resources to ensure an understanding of how the mind and body function, supporting the management of stressors and mental health symptoms.
We currently offer telehealth services for Pennsylvania residents, with in-office sessions in the future. Telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure video conferencing platform, making it convenient to access therapy from the comfort of your home.
Community-Based
Wellness Groups
A community-based wellness group is a gathering of individuals within a community who come together to promote and support each other’s well-being across various dimensions of health. These groups typically focus on fostering physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellness through shared activities, discussions, and support networks.
These classes are for all abilities and incorporate hands on and interactive group activities to improve:
- Communication Skills
- Empathy Towards Others
- Self-Esteem and Confidence
- Awareness of Feelings
- Relaxation and Fun!
Mindfulness &
Yoga For All Abilities
We offer trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming yoga and mindfulness education for private or community settings.
Mindfulness and yoga practices can be adapted to accommodate individuals of all abilities, including those with physical disabilities, chronic health conditions, or other limitations.
In this supportive space your child will:
